Specific Need
As the need for food assistance continues to increase in Chase County, our food pantry is working hard to meet the growing demand. While food donations are always appreciated, monetary contributions allow us to purchase exactly what is most needed, when it is needed, including dairy, eggs, and items for the Friday Food Bags.
Mission
Our mission is for no man, woman, or child in Chase County, Kansas, to go to bed hungry.
Profile
C4 food pantry is located in Strong City, KS. We are open one Saturday a month to provide food for Chase County residents. Each month we serve an average of 65-70 households which equals approximately 160 people. We also have a Friday Food program for Chase County students in Pre K-12th grade. This program provides two breakfast items, two lunch items, and various snacks for the weekend. Last year 80 students benefited from the program.
