- performance shirts/uniforms

- music, printing, office supplies

- travel piano/sound equipment

- performance space rental

Mission

Emporia Children's Choir (ECC) strives to privide, free of charge, an enriching choral music experience for children in grades 4-8 in Emporia, KS and the surrounding areas.  ECC gives children a belonging opportunity at a pivotal time in their physical, psychological, emotional, and social development.  Through ECC, children learn team work, collaboration, poise, professionalism, and a host of other skills in addition to the rudiments of choral music rehearsal and performance.

Profile

Kas Rumple began the Emporia Children's Choir is 2012.  It was a great success with much interest and participation.  In 2013, Kas and her family moved.  At that time, there was no one available to take on the endeaver.  In January of 2023, Anna Ryan and Cheryl Durler reinstated the choir and it has been met with great enthusiasm.

In its recent session, the ECC consistently served 25-14, 4th-6th grade area students.  In the 2023-2024 season, ECC will sing for:

- Emporia State University Choirs' fall concert
